Privacy policy

This page describes the personal data collected on skyline-group.fr, what we do with it, and the rights you hold. It is short, because the site collects little: two forms, no accounts, no trackers.

This policy is governed by French law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The French version is the authoritative text; this English adaptation is provided for convenience.

Data controller

The data controller is SKYLINE GROUP, a single-member limited liability company under French law (SARL) with a share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 9 rue des Flamboyants, 77830 Valence-en-Brie, France. The company is registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Melun.

SIREN: 108 820 093 — RCS Melun 108 820 093.

The company is represented by its manager, Wayatt Félicien GIRARD. For any question about your data: wayattgirard@gmail.com, or by telephone on +33 7 80 97 34 71.

No data protection officer has been appointed: the company's size and activity do not require one. The manager handles every request himself.

What the site collects — and what it does not

The site has no user accounts. It sets no cookies and no trackers; your visits are not measured, profiled or tracked in any way. Details are in the cookie policy.

The only personal data collected is what you choose to send us through one of the site's two forms: the contact form and the form for hotel partners. It is sent to our server, then forwarded by email to the manager.

When a form is submitted, your IP address is used transiently, in server memory only, to limit abusive submissions. It is neither stored durably nor attached to your message.

Contact form

The contact form is how you write to us. No consent checkbox is needed for us to handle your request: sending the message is enough.

  • Purpose: answering your request.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — replying to the people who write to us.
  • Data collected: name, email address, subject (optional), message.
  • Retention: three years at most after our last exchange, then deletion.

Hotel partners form

This form is for establishments that wish to appear in the selection.

  • Purpose: reviewing the partnership request, then managing the resulting business relationship.
  • Legal bases: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), then legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for managing the relationship.
  • Data collected: name of the establishment, city, country, contact name, email address, website (optional), message.
  • Retention: for the duration of the relationship, then three years after the last contact.

Recipients

Messages are received and handled by the manager, who is their only recipient. They are never shared with third parties, transferred or sold.

Processors

Messages sent through the forms pass through the site's server, then travel by email to the manager's contact address. Two technical providers are therefore involved:

  • The site's hosting provider: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix (France). The server is located in its Strasbourg data centre.
  • The provider of the mailbox that receives the form emails: Google Ireland Limited (Gmail), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — the manager's contact address is hosted by this service.

Transfers outside the European Union

No data is transferred outside the European Union to date.

If a tool hosted outside the European Union were ever used, the safeguards for that transfer — Data Privacy Framework certification or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — would be documented here before it enters service.

No profiling, no marketing

The site performs no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Your data is never used for marketing. You will receive no newsletter and no commercial message without your prior, explicit consent.

Your rights

You hold the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).

To exercise them, write to wayattgirard@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.

Updates to this policy

This policy will be updated whenever a change to the site requires it — in particular once the technical providers are finally chosen. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
