Terms of sale
These terms govern the sale of the items offered in the site's shop. They have no bearing on the selection of partner hotels, which is covered by the terms of use: Skyline sells no stay there and collects nothing on a hotel's behalf.
Placing an order on the site means accepting these terms. They can be consulted at any time and printed.
French law governs this page; this English version is an adaptation provided for convenience, and only the French version is authoritative.
The seller
Items are sold and shipped by:
- SKYLINE GROUP, a single-member limited liability company with capital of €1,000
- Registered office: 9 rue des Flamboyants, 77830 Valence-en-Brie, France
- SIREN: 108 820 093 — Melun Trade Register 108 820 093
- Email: wayattgirard@gmail.com — Telephone: +33 7 80 97 34 71
- VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code
The items
The essential characteristics of each item are given on its page: what the set includes, dimensions, materials, condition. This information is provided before you order and binds the seller.
Items are sold new, in their original packaging, while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full within fourteen days.
Price
Prices are shown in euros, all charges included, delivery included unless the item's page states otherwise.
The company falls under the French VAT exemption scheme: no value added tax is charged, in accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
Ordering and payment
Ordering takes three steps: you read the item's page, you are taken to the secure payment page, then you confirm payment. A summary is shown before confirmation, and you may go back or give up at any point.
The button that triggers payment states the obligation to pay in plain words.
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Limited. No card details pass through this site or are stored on it: they are entered on Stripe's own pages.
The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to you.
Delivery
The areas served, the timeframe and the cost appear on each item's page and are shown again before payment.
Delivery is made to your door. The carrier does not carry the item upstairs, does not enter the home and does not assemble it. Arrange help for handling a bulky item.
If the stated timeframe is exceeded, you may give us formal notice to deliver within a further reasonable period. Failing that, you may cancel the order by email: we refund all sums paid, at the latest within fourteen days of cancellation (Articles L216-6 and L216-7 of the French Consumer Code).
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are physically handed over. On receipt, check the condition of the package in front of the carrier and note any damage on the delivery slip.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, with no need to give a reason and with no penalty.
To exercise it, tell us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to wayattgirard@gmail.com or by post to the registered office. You may use the model form reproduced below, though you are not obliged to.
You must return the goods no later than fourteen days after informing us. The direct cost of return is yours; its order of magnitude is stated on the item's page, a bedding set not being returnable by ordinary post.
We refund all sums paid, including delivery costs, at the latest fourteen days after recovering the goods or receiving proof that they were sent. The refund uses the same payment method as the order.
You may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Hygiene exception: an item delivered sealed and unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and health protection (Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). This exception is stated on the pages of the items concerned, before you order.
