These terms govern the use of skyline-group.fr, published by SKYLINE GROUP. The publisher's full details appear in the legal notice.

The website presents an editorial selection of partner hotels and puts visitors in touch with them. It offers no other service.

By browsing the website you accept these terms. They are an English courtesy version: only the French “Conditions générales d'utilisation” are authoritative.

Skyline does not sell travel or hotel services. Bookings are made directly with the property, which alone sets its prices and terms.

The hotel selection allows no accommodation contract to be concluded and passes no stay request to any property. Skyline collects no money from visitors in respect of a stay, in any capacity.

Any booking is concluded directly between you and the property, on the property's own website. The accommodation contract is formed between you and the property, never with Skyline.

Skyline Group acts as a business introducer. We receive a commission from the properties we present. Booking and payment take place directly with the hotel.

Separately, Skyline sells the items shown in its shop in its own name and on its own account. Those sales bear no relation to the hotel selection and are governed by the terms of sale.

The rates shown on this website are indicative. Each one carries the date on which it was observed and excludes tourist tax.

The final price is set and displayed by the hotel at the time of booking. An indicative rate may change between two observations, without notice.

No rate on this website constitutes a contractual offer, whether from Skyline or from the property.

Some properties define a code to be mentioned when booking on their website. The benefit attached to the code is defined by the property alone; Skyline never announces a figure.

Applying the code is a matter between you and the property. Skyline plays no part in its execution.

Skyline strives to publish accurate, dated information, most of it supplied by the properties themselves. Errors can be reported to wayattgirard@gmail.com; the content concerned is corrected or removed.

SKYLINE GROUP's liability is limited to the content published on this website.

It does not extend to the hotel service itself. Welcome, stay, billing and service are the sole responsibility of the property, under the contract formed between the property and the visitor.

The website contains links to the websites of partner properties. Each such link carries the notice “Sponsored link — Skyline earns a commission from this partner hotel”.

Third-party websites are published under the sole responsibility of their operators. Skyline has no control over their content or operation.

The texts, visual identity and structure of the website are the property of SKYLINE GROUP. The photographs, names and trademarks of the properties belong to their respective owners.

Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, requires the prior written consent of SKYLINE GROUP.

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the website falls, failing an amicable resolution, within the jurisdiction of the courts of SKYLINE GROUP's registered office, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.
